The Nokia Lumia Series: Lumia 800 & Lumia 710

The Nokia Lumia Series — the Lumia 800 and the Lumia 710 — are the first Nokia smartphones to run the Windows Phone 7.5 Mango. Both handsets were announced at Nokia World 2011 held in London. Check out these phones’ respective specifications, features, pricing and release dates after the jump!

NOKIA LUMIA 800

The Lumia 800 has quite impressive specs; although it’s not as powerful as the leading smartphones in the market today. However, its integration with the new Windows Mango mobile OS makes it a must-have smartphone.

Moreover, its built design is obviously similar to the newly released N9. I’m not against it; however, it will be better if they’ve come up of something new, something different. I just want them to be more innovative so they can catch up with other mobile manufacturers. Nevertheless, the built design is pretty nice and classy.

NOKIA LUMIA 710

The Lumia 710 is the cheaper version of the Lumia 800. However, its specs are not really that bad; in fact, they’re pretty descent. You’ll still get everything from the latter’s specs except that the Lumia 710 has lesser storage and a 5MP camera.

Another cool thing about this phone is that, it has a variety of colors to choose from that will surely fit a certain individual’s taste or lifestyle.
