Samsung has finally launched and started to release its current Bada OS flagship smartphone, Samsung S8600 Wave 3, worldwide! This 4-inch device, which was announced back in late August 2011, starts to roll out gradually in different countries all over the world, just in time for the nearing holidays!
Powered by the Bada OS 2.0, the S8600 Wave 3 includes a 4″ Super AMOLED display with TouchWiz UI under the hood and comes with a single 1.4GHz processor. It has a built-in storage of 4GB and also supports microSD chips.
Adding to that, the S8600 also packs a not-so-bad 5-megapixel camera with LED flash and can record 720p HD videos, and also comes with a secondary camera in VGA quality.

The Samsung S8600 Wave 3 is now available in most countries in Europe, the US, and a number in Asia. I’m not sure though if this is likewise available now here in the Philippines, which I doubt. I guess this will arrive a couple of months from now.
Moreover, the suggested retail price for this hasn’t been revealed though. But according to reports, this costs for about €280 in Europe (including taxes), which is approximately Php16,400 in our currency! It’s not really that bad considering that this phone sports quite powerful specs.
