Nokia X2-02, the new dual-SIM music phone, unveiled!

Two days ago, Nokia unveiled their newest entry-level phone, the Nokia X2-02, which carries two SIM cards and comes with some exciting features for a music phone. Running on the Series 40 UI, this low-budget-feature phone is expected to arrive in the Philippines in the coming weeks with a price tag of approximately Php4,000!

The Nokia X2-02, which comes in a 2.2-inch LCD screen, packs a 2MP camera, an FM transmitter and radio receiver, a 3.5-mm audio jack, and up to 32GB of storage space via microSD, just perfect for your music collection storage needs.

As a dual-SIM phone, the Nokia X2-02 sports an “Easy Swap Dual-SIM” feature including the SIM manager, which makes managing of the two SIM cards easier and prevents you to lose connection to your family and friends by simply hot-swapping your cards.

And as a music phone, the Nokia X2-02 comes with an audio processing system that gives you the clearest sound for a budget phone. It also has this “Play via Radio” feature that allows you to actually record songs directly from the radio.

Unfortunately, this phone doesn’t support WiFi and 3G connectivity so you have to use the EDGE to connect to the web.

The Nokia X2-02, as previously mentioned, is expected to arrive in the country few weeks from now, along with any of the Asha phones. Since it’s priced at $90 in the US, this might actually be priced at around Php4,000! Great deal, right?

This will be available in Bright Red, Dark Silver, Orange, Violet, and Ocean Blue colors.
