After getting numerous of leaks circulating around the web, the HTC Rezound with Beats Audio has finally been announced officially. It is HTC’s newest Android flagship, and is the first Beats Audio-integrated US droid that also comes with LTE support.

The HTC Rezound doesn’t only have a very appealing built and style, it also has beastly specs as it packs 1.5-GHz dual-core processor, 16GB of built-in storage and 1GB of RAM. It also comes with a 4.3-inch S-LCD display along with the HTC Sense 3.5 UI.

Another great feature of the HTC Rezound is its camera features. It has an 8MP snapper with dual-LED flash that can record 1080p HD videos. It also has a very nice 2MP front-facing camera.

Although it runs the later Android version (Gingerbread), HTC promised to update its OS to Ice Cream Sandwich in early 2012.

The HTC Rezound will be first available in the US via Verizon, priced at $299 with a two-year contract, starting on November 14.

There’s no word yet on its availability (release date) and pricing in the Philippines. Though, there’s a great possibility that will arrive here early next year and be priced at least Php30,000.
